How to Fade Dark Spots (Hyperpigmentation)

Hey Everybody!  Get Excited!  I’m back with another informational beauty blog.   Let’s talk beauty…Did you know hyperpigmentation may be caused by sun damage?

Hyperpigmentation is the darkening of an area of skin or nails caused by increased melanin. People with darker Asian, Mediterranean, or African skin tones are also more prone to hyperpigmentation, especially if they have excess sun exposure.  There are steps that you can take to fade the dark spots, if you do them consistently over a period of time.

Exfoliate your face 1-2 times a week by rubbing exfoliating facial scrub on your skin in small circles, to slough off any dead skin.
Use a dark spot corrector like Avene D Pigment place it on the dark spots on your face. Rub it into your skin but only on the dark spots.  Avene D Pigment- its soft, velvety texture nourishes and moisturizes while restoring luminosity. Clinically proven to reduce and prevent dark spots after 4 weeks while evening out skin tone and restoring radiance.
Make sure to use a sunscreen during the day. Always use a SPF no less than 30 when going out doors.  The #1 reason most people have brown spots or sun spots are from the sun.
Pro Tip:
Enrich your diet with nutrients and vitamins. If you have an unhealthy diet that includes fast food, lots of junk food and loads of sugar, your skin will suffer from it. Eating right and staying hydrated with lots of water is extremely important for the health and appearance of your skin. Eating a well-balanced diet rich in antioxidants and low in saturated fats and refined sugars is a good way of preventing the premature emergence of these unsightly spots. Foods rich in antioxidants include berries, spinach, and sunflower seeds.

What is BB Cream

Hey Everybody!  Get Excited! Get Excited!  I’m back with another informational beauty blog.  Let’s talk beauty…Did you know that BB creams are another way to get skin perfection?
In the cosmetics world, the beauty buzz is about the rise of BB creams for luxury and mass market retailers. The truth is, they’re not new.  The original BB cream stands for blemish balm made in Korea. The original products were just used to treat blemishes but now they’re for beauty or facial rejuvenation. Today the BB creams are much more sophisticated than they were when they started and much more complex in a good way. It has become a favorite beauty product for many women in Asia and the international markets.
Not all BB creams are the same you have to see what’s in that BB cream.  BB cream is said to be a substitute for foundation. The lightweight cream evens out the skin tone and hides blemishes. You can apply the cream the same way you would apply a moisturizer. You may also decide to apply your makeup on top of the BB cream; however, it is not necessary.
